Project: Cellular and molecular mechanism study in ALS
Life in the Lab
I am working on various aspects of cellular and molecular neuropathology of motor neuron diseases with several human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) lines carrying diseases-causing mutations. Novel functional genomic methodologies are utilized to molecularly interrogate hiPSC-based in-vitro models of neurodegeneration with a particular focus on aberrant alternative splicing.
Life outside the Lab
Music amuses me all the time. I often lose track in music events and concerts. Curiosity also drives me all over the world to explore, to feel, to live and to love.
